1. Introduction

Tyuzy Management is a creator and talent agency platform that helps brands plan and run KOL campaigns, content production, host studio sessions, and photo/video production. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. Data We Collect

When you use the site or contact us, we may collect: email address, brand or company name, contact person name, active WhatsApp number, campaign brief (objective, target audience, indicative budget, timeline, channel), analytics event data via PostHog (pages visited, clicks, session duration), and technical/preference cookies such as `tyuzy-locale` and `data-theme`. We do not request sensitive data such as national ID numbers, credit card details, or biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: (a) process campaign inquiries and prepare proposals, (b) communicate via WhatsApp and email about service needs, (c) operate campaigns including KOL coordination and content production, (d) understand user behavior via analytics so we can improve service quality, and (e) meet legal, accounting, and internal audit obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Storage & Security

Inquiry and communication data is stored in Firestore (Google Cloud) with at-rest and in-transit encryption. Newsletter data is managed via Mailchimp under SOC 2 security standards. Internal access is restricted to relevant Tyuzy team members and protected by two-factor authentication. Default retention is 24 months from last interaction; after that, data is anonymized or deleted unless a legal obligation (e.g. tax or audit) requires longer retention.

5. Your Rights

Under UU PDP No. 27/2022 Articles 5–13, you have the right to: (a) access personal data we hold, (b) rectify inaccurate data, (c) erase personal data (right to be forgotten), (d) restrict processing, (e) obtain a portable copy of your data, (f) withdraw consent at any time and opt out of marketing, and (g) lodge a complaint with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Authority (Otoritas Perlindungan Data Pribadi Indonesia) if your rights are violated.

6. Third Parties

We work with trusted vendors to operate the service: Firebase / Firestore (Google) for inquiry storage, Mailchimp for newsletter management, PostHog for product analytics, Cloudflare for network protection and CDN, and WhatsApp Business for direct communication. Each vendor has its own privacy policy and Tyuzy ensures a Data Processing Agreement is in place where required.

8. Policy Changes

This policy was last updated on 2026-06-01. We may update the policy from time to time to reflect changes in service, regulation, or internal practice. Material changes will be announced via the website and/or email to registered customers.
